Tomato and Egg Soup Recipe

Ingredients:

1 liter chicken broth
2 tomatoes diced
1 white onion
1 beaten egg
Shredded chicken
Salt and pepper
Tomato sauce

Directions for cooking:
 


Boil 1 liter chicken broth in a cooking pot for at least 45 minutes. Wait for it to heat up before adding the diced tomatoes (remove first the seeds before placing the diced tomatoes in the cooking pot)
When the chicken broth is hot enough, mix the beaten egg and stir for at least 10 minutes. Separate the egg yolk from the egg white depending upon choice.
Place the shredded chicken in the soup and cook in low flame in order to simmer the chicken meat.
When the chicken is heated up, mix in the tomato sauce in order to add additional tomato flavoring at the same time color.
Add salt and pepper as a flavoring.
Garnish the soup with white onions and serve while hot.
